Greensboro, NC – April 1, 2025 – Since acquiring Industrial Protection Products (IPP) in August 2023, we’ve been working behind the scenes to bring our customers something bigger. We are proud to announce that IPP footwear will officially be folding into Saf-Gard Safety Shoe Company, doubling down on our commitment to tough, reliable safety footwear solutions. But we’re not stopping there. We’re launching Optikus Eye Protection Partners—a brand-new sister company, dedicated solely to delivering the best safety eyewear solutions in the business. Saf-Gard will continue to protect your feet. Optikus is here to make sure your eyes are just as safe. Two bold brands, one simple mission: keeping you safe on the job—head to toe.

While customers will see changes in store names, logos, and branding, the trusted services, quality products, and dedicated teams they rely on will remain the same.
